Printing Mailing Labels

I need to print mailing labels for my customer base and my vendor base and attempted to do this under utilities, mailing labels but was not given the option to select which printer and what type of label I want to print. Where can I do this?

WHAT VERSION OF THE PROGRAM ARE YOU RUNNING? V13 HAS THE IQ REPORT WRITER AND YOU CAN GENERATE LABELS THERE .
