Peachtree 2003 & 2004

Dear friends

We recently upgrade our software to 2004.

We notice some of the good features in 2003 will gone.

Such as

In Sales/Purchase windows entry the detail desciption will disable and will not be appear in dottom of each line.

The new screen for sales and purchase look nice, however, it occupy a lots of space and make data entry for sales become too small onoy 2 rows can be enter.

Anyone know how to solve it.

2004 should have been set to 2 line display. It seems that somehow that got turned off for you. Go to Options:Global on the menu bar and select the General tab. Set the Line Item Entry Display to 2 lines.

To maximize the number of lines turn off the custom toolbar and navigation aids from the Options menu item, then expand the form to full screen size. You may also want to consider increasing your screen resolution - it sounds like you have it set very low.
