Import Sales Invoices

I am having a problem importing sales invoices. I keep getting a kernel32.dll error page fault and Classic shuts down What's weird is if I modify the import file and create an error I get an error report but nothing imports. Does anyone have any ideas? I have posted this before and was told I should try calling Peachtree. They told me that they do not support this function. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
