Baffling multi-user value pack print problem...

At unpredictable times, PT will not print anything. It gives msg to the effect that "Another PeachTree user or work station is using this file or another process." This is when nobody else is even in the building! Then, at other times... no problem. This can happen when no other programs are opened. We can find nothing to coincide with the change to either state. Anybody got any ideas?

I get this sometimes also. I am not a network guru but we use crystal and i believe that crystal leaves certain files open after you shut crystal down. I find rebooting the systems closes all files properly and reset everything. we use a P2P network system.


Notice all of the technical network terms i used above. hee hee hee.
