Financial Stmts will not run

Recently upgraded a client from W95 to W2k. She is on single user V 11. Now when she tries to print any G/L reports (Income Stmt, Transaction Listing, etc) the screen briefly flashes to say "Program Loading... please wait" and then immediately returns to the menu. Other reports seem to print fine. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Follow the instructions in the installation and reference guide to "reload Peachtree while keeping company information", sound like you have program file problems.

Be sure to follow all of the instructions, just reloading will not fix your problem since v11 will not write over its own files.
