Modifying Maintain Customer Fields

I'm in the mail order business and about 10% of my customers have their items shipped outside of the U.S. As you know, in many countries the addressing convention is much larger than ours. I'm frustrated, because I need to expand the default Address fields in Maintain-Customers/Prospects from two to three or even four, but it appears as though I can't. I'm using Peachtree Complete 2004, although I've noticed this problem with all earlier versions, as well. Your help in assisting me to find a way around this is greatly appreciated.
