OK, the bookkeeper sits on the other side of the wall from me and on a daily basis, I hear her frustration about Billing Rates that are different on a per job basis. Consequently, she has to have a 4" stack of exceptions that she needs to memorize so she can bill the correct rate for every job. It really is a HUGE problem.
I know this feature was not available when we researched it for version 6, but we now use version 2003. Please tell me that this basic feature has been implemented and I just can't find it or will be implemented in a near future update.
