I finally was able to close last year's data this month. I used the "wizard" to close. Now I can't do an account reconciliation because all of the transaction detail is missing. The totals keep changing after I make an entry but I can't reconcile. Is there anything I can do short of restoring to before close and re-entering all the new transactions? Why am I not given a choice to use the "wizard" or close like I always have (and never had a problem)?
