Premium - Max. No. of Customer Record

Dear Peachtree Users

I would like to use the Premium 2004 for a property management company i.e. a company to record the receipt of monthly management fee from property owners/tenants, and to make payments of any maintenance charge to vendors accordingly.

Since the property is a multistorey buildings with residential flats, commercial complex and parking space, I need to set up around 3,000 customer records for the property owners.

Anyone who has set up 3,000+ customer records using Peachtree ? I don't want to be stopped by the program during the halfway through of the setting up process, say have set up 2,000+ records.

May be if any one working with property management company can inform me a specialised property management software in the market, I will be much appreciated.

Peachtree is not hard coded to stop you.

There is not a set limit on the number of records you can add.

Actually the number of customers is limited to 4.29 billion. I don't think anyone. If you could enter one customer per second round the clock it would take you over 136 years to reach that limit.

Actually 3000+ customers in Peachtree is fairly common.
