FA reports won't print

My client's FA reports won't reflect any changes she has made to lives and methods. She says she can recalculate but not print any revisedd reports.

The FA module is not integrated with the GL

I haven't heard of this being an issue in Fixed Assets and can't reproduce the problem.

Is your client on a network?

If so, try moving the data files locally and then printing the reports. You will need to make sure they are opening the company from the C drive and not the usual network drive by selecting File, Open Company. Select the correct drive and directory.
