Each report has its own choices for:

report order
date range
filters

You can also add and remove columns of data on the reports.

There is a specific report for Sales Reps under the Accounts Receivable reports called "Sales Reps Reports".

What field in the customer record are you using for "county"?

You may have to select a report and look to see what report order and filter options you have in order to get the report you need.

HELLO:
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. HERE IS MY STORY I WORK FOR A CIGARRTTE COMPANY. THEY NEED THE FOLLOWING INFO FOR STATE REPORTS.

1)MONTH SALES BY CARTONS NOT DOLLARS.
2)CUSTOMER LIST BY REP BY DAY.
3)CUSTOMER LIST PRINTED HORIZONTALLY IE:
STORE,ADDRESS, PH #, TOB.
4)CARTON COUNT BY BRAND (2)
5)SALES BY BRAND , BY REP, BY COUNTY.
AND GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY CAN COME UP WITH
AM USING THE COUNTRY SPACE FOR COUNTY, PH # AS CUSTOMER ID. AND ALL ARE PAYED IN CASH AT THIS MOMENT. SO YOU SEE I NEED TO HAVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNTS AS WELL AS CARTONS..

ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.. THANKS

You cannot edit the filters on the reports. Only the listed filters are available.

You'll most likely need to pull the information into Excel and sort and extract from there.

Contact me at dkoers@home.com if you need instructions on how to do this.

For the past several years I've had to do similar reports for a different industry. What I discovered was that although Peachtree may be an excellent financial accounting program, there are some areas in which a database program would be more efficient in providing the records and reports you need. In other words, you are trying to use a tool (Peachtree) for a task which would be a breeze to do with a different tool (a database program). You can achieve what you want with Access or even with an inexpensive flat-file database that has both look-up capbilities and cross-tab reporting.
