Hi all,
I would greatly appreciate answers to these questions:
I am currently working on creating csv files from a database containing invoice information. I have already gone through the steps to ensure that the right GL codes and Customer IDs are in the system. But I am also not sure which fields I should import and in what order.
And since the actual import into peachtree will be done externally by someone else im trying to make the csv as easy to use as possible.
Also, what about stuff like Item prices and the total invoice amount. should I send this information to the csv or should I just send the Item ID and will peachtree automatically generate the corresponding information of that item that already exists in the system? For example, if peachtree has the description and price of item_1 in its system, do I just need to export the item_1 field? and would i expect peachtree to sync the other information as well as calculate the amount of all items in the invoice?
Thanks for the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
