I just love software upgrades.

Can anyone explain to me the purpose and usage of the screen that comes up just before BAM does; after you pick BAM from the list of additional modules? Does anyone know why this screen was added? I can't find any info about it in any of the manuals that came with v13. It would be nice if they would have included it.

Also, has anyone else ran into a problem if they don't have the EXACT same printer installed on the different computers? My laptop, which is win98se, didn't support the same PS drivers for my printer, so I have a different name for the printer. When I try to get into some areas of peachtree, it says that it can't find the printer and dumps me back to the menu instead of letting me select a printer.

I am not sure which screen you are speaking of. BUT, BAM is still a DOS product as it was never upgraded so it has different requirements for printer set up than the rest of the program.

I attached a screenshot of the screen I described. If you don't use BAM, it probably won't help much.

The printer problems I described were problems with peachtree printers, not BAM. I didn't make that very clear, sorry.

Also, has anyone else noticed increased lockouts between BAM and other modules in a networked environment? Maybe I have something configured wrong. Right now, I can't get into BAM unless all others are at the main menu or completely out of peachtree. I used to be able to use most of BAM when others were entering invoices, etc.

As I said before, I just love software upgrades...
