Not to be rude or anything, but it sounds like you could have already had them entered in the 2 days that you have waited for a response. Also, as a student myself, you are not going to learn anything about your chosen field if you choose to pay people to do your work. On the other hand, if you can't figure out how to enter or need help with the more technical side of peachtree, i will try and help.

Again, not trying to be rude. I am willing to help with the technical side of Peachtree as well but giving you the answers will not help you in the long run.

OK, I get your points. I have been working on this and this is my first question for you if you are still willing to help. I have hired employees and I am supposed to pay them How do I do that? I entered them into the payroll, and now it is time to pay them.

Tasks, Payroll Entry for one at a time paychecks, or Select for Payroll Entry to do a batch of paychecks.

Don't be afraid to use the Help file in the program, it's very helpful with basic tasks like this. Or you might want to get your hands on Diane Koers' Peachtree for Dummies book. It's for version 8, but the basics still apply.

I agree with Lisa, the help file in Peachtree is extremely helpful regarding basic tasks.
