Printing message on payroll check

How can we print a message on the payroll stub?

What kind of message do you want to print? Same thing every paycheck? You can always add a text field in design view and type in what you want the message to say, but if you are going to change the message, you would have to go into design view and change it every week, not hard, just kind of a pain. That's the only way I can think of.
