View Full Version : upgrade to IE5.5R2 problems with Complete Acctng

I recently upgraded Internet Explorer to ver 5.5 Rel2. I began to have problems with Peachtree Complete Acctng ver 8. Some 'access violation' dr watson errors. While in Tasks/Sales/Inv attempting to edit an invoice, recd some errors 'the record you are trying to access is currently in use. try again when available' i have only this one user of Peachtree. just bizarre errors. have removed IE5.5R2 upgrade, and now are running IE5.0. Would like to resolve issue and get IE5.5R2 back on there. Anyone else experiencing this?

Peachtree suggests to uninstall / downgrade your IE first, then reinstall the IE in the Peachtree CDROM before update to 8.0.02. Otherwise, very often you found errors.
