I'm a relatively new user of Peachtree Premium Accounting 2004 and haven't been able to figure out how to run/print the financial statements without decimals. Help!

there is no settings except global options. i dont think there is a way to print financials in different format than your transactions unless you use excel or crystal to customize

You can do this through the financial statement design.

In Design, open the Column Description properties box. For each column you want to suppress decimals, click on the column definition, then on the right side of the dialog box, select Whole Dollars from the Round drop-down list.

Thanks so much. I have Peachtree 8 for Dummies but apparently I didn't read it closely enough.

I would like to change what the % are based on. Right now, they are based on net income, and I would them to be based on Sales. Anyone know how I can change it???
