I am putting past invoices in my computer. Well, my boss wanted me to separate the invoices in according to states. Well when i do that it already says they have paid in the general ledger when they have not paid. What can I do to fix this?

Please tell us the exact steps you are taking and the error message you are getting.
Also, are you talking about customer invoices or vendor invoices?

I figured out the problem that i was having with Peachtree. Thank you for trying to help me
