Peachw.exe has generated errors

I am using Peachtree Accounting for Windows version 8.0 with both 8.0 patches installed on Windows 2000 Professional. EVERY time I use Peachtree, about 2 minutes into the program I get the following error: "Peachw.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows / An Error Log has been generated" and the program closes. Any help with this problem would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

Check your error log first in folder, e.g. c:\peachw\errorlog.txt

Any observation?

Yes, I tried the errorlog file, but nothing unusual there. I bought the upgrade to Peachtree 2002, hopefully that will cure the problem...

I am also using 8.02... and just went to Win2000 on a couple of workstations. And I am having problems already. I have PT 2002 but have not installed it yet because I am waiting for PT to clear up bugs with a patch.

YES, when I installed Peachtree 2002 it solved the problem!
