Indiana State not calc

We have been using PT2003 all year. We have just opened a new manufacturing facility in Indiana (home office is in North Carolina) and are having problems calculating taxes for Indiana employees. We set up new default tax information for Indiana employees, but PT is not calculating.

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I had a similar problem. In Maintain Employees on the EmployEE tab, I had to uncheck the Std. box next to the SIT lines, check the Calc. box and then chose the proper tax name for the state you want income taxes to calculate. That should solve your problem. It took me much trial and error to figure it out. Hope this helps. If you have any problems/questions, feel free to email me.

I tried that. I only have two employees in Indiana so far, you think I could have figured this out by now. I've put his single deduction and the special allowance and still nothing. Plus he does need to be paying county taxes.
