Hello,
Last Friday we lost the main Sales account (# 40000). In chart of accounts, right where the 40000 used to be there was a blank spot - as if the account was hidden. I resored my back up file (a week old) and reentered most of the missing transactions on saturday. This morning we just noticed another account missing (# 17000). It had to happen either this morning or late saturday since during data entry we would frequently check the statements and all were showing values.
Any ideas - please help?
any known viruses that could cause that?
any known issues with harddrives?
any known issues with LAN?
