View Full Version : Summary Invoice of 3 individual invoices

Is there a simple way to tie 3 individual invoices (maybe 3 jobs at different sites) into one summary so at least the total would print with the individual ones so customer can write one check but have seperate accouting on each?? without a bunch of Excel going back and forth. Seems this would be a must have feature?? (PT complete accounting 2002). thanks

In the P.O. box for each invoice I use the Job name and identify if it's billing #1, 2, etc. (for contract jobs). i.e. "Wal-Mart #1".
Then modify the Customer Statement to show the PO information. We have many customers for which we have 4-5 jobs going on and this helps distinguish the invoices on the statement by job.

how do you print a "summary" statement of the the THREE jobs?
