Change my os from windows 98 to windows xp professional. If I print multiple copies of an invoice by setting the copies in the printer setup, I get the form but the data is missing. If I print a single copy , the data is all there. Help??

Go to REPORTS
then Hit A/R
THen go to INVOICES (down toward bottom)
hit it and OPEN one you use
then hit DESIGN menu at top
Then Hit Options Button
Then hit GRID/copies
then set to 3 etc
then Save and rename
INVOICE 3 copies
(or whatever you want to call it)
Don't double click on the step right before you hit the DESIGN button or it won't let you do it. It will make sense when you go into.

Tried routine from mdminear, same results.
For Jim Dale, Release 4, batch 04, Build 41.
Any ideas???. Before xp, worked fine by setting copy count either inside peachtree at printer setup, or in the printer properties box in windows.

Man thats an old version. Did you ever load the year 2000 update? Did you reinstall it on your new computer? Newest version (from last summer) is 11. It was tested with 98 thru xp.
I'll look at that version and see if I can tell you anything else. Interested in upgrading? I can get you a great price...

I don't know if I still have 4. It might be related to files and buffers. 4 did not use the registry yet. Do you know how to setup config.nt? Or change the files/buffers in XP?
