Can someone lead me to any resources that explain all the taxes(such as payroll, unemployment, etc) and government forms I need to submit. I'm self employed as a corporation. I haven't found any sites that make it very easy to understand. I'm sure it can't be too complex being a single employee corporation.

You should find yourself a local CPA to get you on the right path. It will be well worth spending the money on an hour or two of CPA time. They can discuss all the variables involved and assure that any local and state tax issues are addressed.

Should also add: you can also look for your local chapter of SCORE which offers free help to small businesses.

PUB 15, Circular E from the IRS tells you everything you ever wanted to know about Payroll taxes and more.

You can go to the IRS website at

Pub 15 is a great resource for federal payroll information, but I have to add support to Lisa's recommendation to find a local accountant. Each state will add its own layer of requirements, and many municipalities do, too. A local CPA or good independent bookkeeping service (ask around for recommendations - don't trust the phone book!) will be able to bring it all together. As well as advise about areas outside payrol taxes where you might have governmental filing requirements. It's worth the investment!
