View Full Version : GL not update after AP and AR

We have a problem here whereby after key in the Account Receivable and Payable the data not automatically update in the General ledger, and it cause unintegrity problem. I've already make the integrity check but it won't work. We are using the multiuser environment. It's happen for certain company in certain period. Help me please

Should not happen... unless you are posting vendor / customer beginning balances - which will not affect the GL.

Can you also tell me which version you are using, and if you are using the batch method of posting.

Thanks for your reply. We already made posting.
We are using version 7.0. The real prob is for e.g we have an expenses to RHB.In AP we did debit the expenses but in RHB Ledger those amount is not exist. Unfortunately GL for that current period is balance. It happen only in May.
