Pricing levels

Is it possible to set up the pricing levels so if I sell different quantities, invoices will automatically be charged at the appropriate price level for that quantity? Thank you.

Unfortunately pricing levels have nothing to do with quantities of an item. you can only adjust pricing levels based on discounts off of the price of the item - whether the customer buys 1 piece or 20,000,000 pieces. if the customer is set at price level 3 and that is a 30% discount according to your pricing level then they will get 30% each and every time.

But if you set up pricing levels with default labels on the price levels as the following you will be able to do it. But in the customer maintain file you will need to keep the customer at price level 1 which is no discount.

Then as you enter a customer's order you would select the price level according to the quantity that they have ordered on that sales order. You can set up the custom price level labels in Inventory Item Defaults (Price Levels).
