I just installed version 9 on my new computer and restored the company files. I can't produce a tax liability report for 940 figures.

Please explain more. What happens when you try to print the report. Error messages???

A standard payroll report, Tax Liability Report, was not displaying the 940-FUTA and 941 figures. I contacted PR tech support. The problem was resolved by renaming the file 'rptdata1.dat' to 'rptdata1.old'and reinstalling the program.
The report is now working.
