searching orders by item description

My company is considering a migration to Peachtree Complete Accounting from Lotus: Approach. I am still evaluating Peachtree, and one thing that I cannot figure out is how to bring up all orders (or purchase orders) that contain an item when all I know is some or all of the item description. One of the users relies heavily on this functionality currently (in approach), so it is kind of a sticking point.

If it is possible in a report, or using Crystal Reports, that would work fine as well.

Any ideas?

I wish someone would figure this one out. Ive been wanting to be able to search "description" field for a very long time. I enter in order numbers into this field and would love to be able to pull up an order number this way.

Anyone out there know how to do this?

You'd have to work outside the program to accomplish this. PawCOM (http://www.acctadv.com/pawcom) is one possible solution.
