Wrong Date on task bar?

Just up graded from Complete Accounting release 8.0 to 2002.
The date on the tool bar is allways wrong 3/14/03 but I have the correct date on PC and the correct period selected. I can change it so it is correct but when I log off and back on it is wrong agan. I am using Windows XP Pro.

This is an interesting problem. And it must be quite a headache. Have you checked with your network administrator? Have you tried uninstalling and then installing fresh? Have you tried installing on different computers on and off your network? Good luck.

that is because you used the bcs directory to do a restore of your company and that is one thing that is never overwritten

Create a new company through File/New Company and restore into the new company. That will fix your problem
