how can i change $ when i am preparing financial statements in other countries than USA since only $ available in peachtree.

the dollar sign is the only currency type available. however, you can always export to excel, and reformat there

With 2005 you can also export reports and financial statements to PDF and then, using Adobe Acrobat, 'Search and Replace' the '$' with the preferred currency indicator.

Doing it this way rather than through Excel would allow you to retain formatting.

The symbol $ still can be acceptable in report. The most important thing is hoe to change "Dollar" in printing invoice/cheque and other report that required "Word".

I am asking this because most of the countries still use "$" but not in word form. For example, I am in Malaysia we use "Ringgit Malaysia" insted of "Dollar".

Hi I also have the same problem with printing checks, how do i remove the word "dollar" in the amount in words when printing checks?
