Hi All,
I'm a bit new to Peachtree. I'm trying to create invoices for a service company. The time and expense tickets seem to track the date of each entry, but there doesn't appear to be toggle switch in the invoice to include the date of each ticket. I'm just trying to show the date of each time ticket in the invoice. Sorry if this is a really obious question, but Peachtree support told me it can't be done. That doesn't seem correct, given that the program tracks all the dates.
Any info on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark

As a software consultant, I'm finding it incredible that the date of the time ticket can not be displayed on an invoice. How to keep clients happy?

What I do is go to the Daily tab in the time ticket screen and include the date as the first item. For example, 2/23/02 - John Doe - Network Administration.

The problem I am having is that when I pull the time tickets into the invoice screen, it reverses the order of the time tickets, even when you sort by DATE ONLY. If anyone knows how time tickets can be pulled into the invoice IN DATE ORDER, please let me know.!

Thanks,
Tracy

The only way I have found for my customers to get this to pull over to the invoicing screen is to put the date in the ticket description and then when you use it in an invoice select to use ticket description.

I do not know where you are looking, but my system does not include "Ticket Description" as an option to sort by. I have even tried using Ticket ID, and no matter how hard I try, my dates keep getting listed in the invoice in descending order, not ascending.
