I think it was discussed in this forum earlier in regards to the headaches involved in balancing bank statements involving credit card purchases. It was recommended that I call the credit card processing company, in this case Credit Card International, and ask them to take their deductions once per month vs every single transaction. They said no, they can not, they have to take the card discount and fees off each transaction. This of course makes for a near impossible statement balancing act.
Can any of you recommend a card service that will work with us. The PT built in Credit Card service might help, but seems a bit steep in their charges.
