Our main office is in Wisconsin, and we have a small office in Minnesota. Peachtree Complete Accounting 2000 is installed on a Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server. The small office uses a DSL connection and a VPN to get on our network. Then they use Terminal Server client to logon to the Terminal Server. Once on the Terminal Server, they can run and see applications as if it were their own desktop. We keep getting "File system error number: 20 in file: F:\Peachtre\Status.dat and Options.dat" only while opening PeachTree. The Peachtree data is stored on a different NT 4.0 server, not a Terminal Server (Mapped F: Drive) If we get the error, PeachTree just closes, but the crazy thing is, is that we don't get the errors all the time, it just seems like we only get the error if somebody else is also logged onto the Terminial Server at the same time, which happens all the time. Everything was working fine, until we updated to 8.02, then we started having problems. I tried to re-install Peachtree, but that didn't work. Also, we checked the network paths and connections and everything is fine there. We have tried to call our local help desk for PeachTree, put they are working out of their houses and don't have any idea on any problems we run into, we end up knowing more than them. We could really use some help with this, it has been going on now for about 2 months. Thanks.
