We compute our vacation hours based on the associate's hours worked (2 weeks of vacation per year is computed as 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked - our payroll is bi-weekly).
If the associate works more than 80 hours in any period they receive additional vacation and visa versa.
Any ideas for an automatic add-on to keep the records and the associate's stub up to date?
We currently make manual periodic calculations and verbally tell the associates how to update their stub balance.
