While the application was running on a 2000 pro workstation, the 2000 server crashed. Now the file will not open, saying it is a "temporary" error and unable to access the file at this time and to try again.... shares recreated, reconnected, copied locally, so its down to peach tree.. others from before the crash open fine, regardless of location. From my research, the permis file does not like to be changed and I found that to be the case. Any ideas on how to make peachtree 8.0.2 repair itself or this file? I also noticed that if I copied the G/L files (header and row files) that it also causes the corresponsing DB to have problems. Is it a G/L file error or a permis and how can I get it fixed? Thank you.
