When starting up PT V11 Classic I get a red error message block, for example doing a query, "Your accounts payable data files are opened for update by another program. This program cannot run until the other program is finished Press (CR) to continue"
This is causing us real misery since we must do payroll friday of this week. Any suggestions.
PS: We did not have backup disks of this program install, though we do have backups of our data, so I copied PCA 11 from its root directory on the HDD. That was the only way I could create a copy of the PCA V11 for archiving in light of a potential pending HDD failure.
However, I goofed and I forgot to copy the autoexec.bat and config. sys from the machine it was running on. If you could help with the right syntax for those Win 98, maybe I can patch this up so we can run friday.
We are converting to a later version of PCA but cannot be complete with the transition in time to meet our payroll on friday of this week.
Also does anyone know where I can snag a Banking module for PCA V12?
