Budget Revisions column don't show up for current fiscal year

I would like to enter revised budget numbers for a company but it has no column for my current fiscal year.

It will alow allow me to enter revision numbers for FYE 2003, and it does show a column for FYE2 2002 revised but that column does not allow entry.

I have other companies that are working properly and allow me to revise FYE 2003 and FYE 2004.

Anybody know what is going on?

sounds like 2002 is open (not yet closed) and 2004 is not yet open. p'tree allows only 2 years open
