Is there a "practical" limitation on Peachtree Data file sizes. This would be where the company gets to the size that the software may run, but not efficiently.

I would think that the size of the data files would have nothing to do with the functionality of Peachtree. The only limitations that may exist is ifyour computer system itself can not handle the file sizes either the disk space is low or your system resources are low at the time.

Beware of the size of the journal file as it grows quickly and very often can become very large. Our experience proves the suggestion of Peachtree is true ( 39090 ). Performance drops when the journal file larger than 5MB and sometimes become unstable when it's larger than 10MB.
