Recieving ERROR on creating new company

Every time I attempt to create a new company either by letting Peachtree use an existing company setup information or by doing manually I receive an illigal operation as follows:

Anyone know how to overcome this problem. I have tried rebooting the system several times. This occurs immediately after it starts to create all of the files etc. Then if I close Peachtree and reopen the newly created company I get the same error message.

I would try re-installing the Peachtree program on the machine that is getting the error.

You can choose to do a CUSTOM install and just install the Peachtree program.
