A client of mine has just upgraded from PCA v7 to v9. He has Windows 98.5 and sufficient RAM. The conversion was in process at approx 20 hours so we called PT tech support who advised to uninstall/reinstall. Which we did. That conversion took approx 25 hours!!!! The problem now: When printing stmts his computer locks up. PT Tech Support said it was his Printer Driver!!! However, 2 of the 3 networked computers won't even SAVE invoices after being entered. (Not to mention all customized forms are now gone!!)
Any ideas about this Locking up problem?? Thanks for any help!!
