When attempting to convert data to 2002 a message comes up stating it was returning to the previous version until the problems are corrected but doesn't reveal the problems

Evidently, there was some problem trying to convert to Version 2002.
The solution to this problem is too lengthy to include here.
Call 800-719-3216, Peachtree's Fax On-demand, and order document, #37471. This document is entitled, "Upgrade Did Not Complete..."
Use the instructions on this document to try to get your data converted properly.
