Hello to the board. . . .
Pardon my phrasing of the question as I am still a newbie to the language of peachtree.
What we want to do is activate the Close Purchase Order check box for a group of PO's in lieu of what we currently do , which is find the PO (staff use different search techniques here) , open it , click on the check box , click on Save and then wait.
This is labor intensive and overly occupies the program such that other users have to wait until each 'save' is complete. And slows down their work if they are trying to meet deadlines.
Is there a way to do a batch at a time??
Appreciate any / all suggestions or help ! !
