Adding extra charge areas to the invoice template?

Is there a way to add additional areas to the invoice entry template?

For example, I'd like to add a Additional charge box under the Freight charge box.

The only way to add extra fields is to work outside the program, such as by using PawCOM (http://www.acctadv.com/pawcom).
