Progress Status on Jobs?

On the Job Ledger Report, where is the 'Progress Status' field coming from?

I see the percent complete is just static info pulled from the job master file, but my job is showing as "Completed" and I don't know why or where that is set or flagged.

Progress status is based on percentage complete on the maintain jobs window. If it shows completed then the Job end date has been populated and you are past that date.
