Close Fiscal Year Option

Did the "Close Fiscal Year" option under Tasks/System get moved for Ver 2002? I attempted to walk a client thru this process over the phone when she said that that option wasn't available. I have v8.0 and Tasks/System is where you go to close the Fiscal Year. Any suggestions (or is my client not seeing it)????

In 2002 PT combined the close PR and Fiscal year into one item. It's still under Tasks, System, but is now called the Year End Wizard.
