When I try to print customer statements, I get an error message. After printing 14 statements, the message "Error - the file you are trying to access is in read only mode". I checked to see if somehow this was turned on and it didn't seem to be. I would appreciate any help with this problem.

What operating system are you using? Are you on a network? What version of Peachtree?


Also...just curious...where, in Indiana, are you?

I am using Peachtree Complete Accounting 2001. We are networked. There are 4 of us that access the same server. I have tried to contact a local support that I found on the Peachtree website (they are in Indianapolis), but they haven't responded to me. I have contacted them by e-mail and by phone. When I get back to the office tomorrow, I will write down the line it has before the error message and maybe that will be of more help in explaining my problem.

I'll be interested in seeing the message. Also, what type of printer?

I'm in Indianapolis too, so yes, I've made many a trip to Bloomington. Both my sons went to IU.
