Hi, I'm designing a shipping label from a standard invoice form and I want to setup the page so that I may print to an "Avery" style inkjet label. The "Avery" label occurs 10 times per page. It is an Avery 8163. I have started from a standard invoice form so that I may access "ship to" data from the invoicing process. I want to print a variable number of labels per invoice. Any ideas?

Export the data to Excel. Add a macro in Excel that will replicate the data however many times you want. Then use the Word label design to build a label document. Word already knows all about Avery 8163.

Or you can use Crystal Reports

Sorry Robert I had to throw that in there ;)

Or a tool that is even better than CRP. :)

However, the original suggestion doesn't cost anything.
