If you add time and expense tickets to an invoice and then need to change the description on those tickets, you must delete the invoice first. Unfortunately, occasionally, Peachtree will not release those time tickets! Even though you have deleted the invoice, Peachtree still shows the time tickets in use! If you run a report on those tickets it will show they were used on invoice# __________ - with no invoice number!
Has anyone had this happen to them? Do you know of any fix? Sometimes deleting every invoice that has been done for the month will fix the problem - but not this time. Have tried unposting, reposting, upgrading to 2002 (we are on 8.0 now), re-indexing, etc. All to no avail.
