I just received the new version of Peachtree Complete Accounting 2002 and discovered the the Electronic Time and Attendance capabilities have been removed!
I call Peachtree Support and the support representative knew nothing about this and raised the issue up two supervisory levels. After a couple hours, another representative called me and reported that management said that ADP no longer offers the e-Time solution and that is why the Time & Attendance solution is no longer available.
I then checked with ADP and the representative said e-Time is still available.
We planned on implementing Time & Attendance at the beginning of 2002. Now we have no options.
Questions...
Does anybody use Time & Attendance in any of the earlier versions of Peachtree? If yes, were you notified that this feature was going away?
Does anybody know of a different solution to do payroll entries electronically or via import?
