We are seeking users of GoldMine to Beta test a link between Peachtree and GoldMine.
tripleXchange® adds a new dimension to CRM
tripleXchange gold for Peachtree provides the following functionality:
- Keep yourself informed about your customers -The tripleXchange® Link Window, view:
• All customer/supplier contact details
• Turnover
• Credit Analysis
• Balances
• Sales and purchase order status
• Stock levels and prices
• Graphical analysis of Sales, Balances etc.
Use the transaction view to show:
• Current, Overdue or Paid Bills
• Accounts Due
• Customers Account Status
• Recurring
• Stock
• Invoices
• View any invoice/order with current status
Drill down from the contact to any sales/purchase order or sales
invoice
- Maintain the Integrity of the Accounting and GoldMine®
Databases -The tripleXchange® Synchronisation Module
- Create Sales Orders, Invoices and Purchase Orders
directly from GoldMine®

• Schedule Activities and Tracks in GoldMine® from status
information within the accounting system.
• Schedule phone calls, send email messages using any
email template or add an automatic process for any user
based on the status of sales/purchase orders etc.

• Define criteria such as “over credit limit” or “credit review due in 6 days” and pre-view the customers that fall into this
category. Schedule an activity to keep on top of your credit
control
